Organizational Agility and Resource Planning - The Pathway to Sustained Business Value
Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, and the "C" Suite have one major business goal that connects them with each other and with their employees, customers and key stakeholders: establishing and continually adding to business value. This is often referred to as MVA, Market Value Added. It is an indication of how well an organization's leadership is growing the business and making it attractive to investors and new clients. An impressive MVA requires a continuous assessment of business strategy and the innovative and creative abilities within the organization.
This presentation addresses the strategic requirements of: selection of the right projects, determining the appropriate resource requirements, distribution of critical resources, assessing portfolio performance, and establishing a mindset of organizational agility. These are the key components of the Value Driven, World Class Organization.
