How to Balance Resource Capacity vs Demand

How To Balance Resource Capacity vs Demand

Presentation Summary

Does your company struggle to balance your available resources with the demand of projects and support required? How do you handle unplanned demand (like an acquisition or merger)? How do you keep it simple enough to gain buy-in for time tracking, while still realizing the value? What KPIs can be used to measure planned vs actual resources used? These questions and more will be discussed in this session.
