PANEL DISCUSSION SUMMARY

The panels addressed the following topics: The Strategic Value of Resource Planning, Portfolio Management, and the PMO; The Challenges of initiating and implementing a comprehensive Resource Planning Process. Our panelists, provided insight gained through their experiences with resource planning in a very challenging global business environment. We anticipate lively discussions that will enhance the Summit experience. The panel is moderated by Frank P. Saladis, Summit Master of Ceremonies.

 

BIO

Ted Parafinczuk is a Program Manager for The Chamberlain Group, Inc., the world’s largest manufacturer of residential and commercial door and gate operators. Ted works within Chamberlain’s PMO organization on NPD process oversight and improvement, resource planning, and program prioritization.

Ted has been with Chamberlain for over seven year. In addition to process activities, Ted has previously led several global program teams on delivering professional and retail door opener solutions and accessories. Prior to Chamberlain, Ted was employed by Bosch Power Tools and Midwest Dental Products – both times working on drills, but of differing utility. Ted has his bachelors in engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Masters in Engineering Management (MEM) from Northwestern University. He is also a Chamberlain certified 6-Sigma Black Belt.

Ted resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife and four children.
