Resource forecasting increases the ability of an organization to proactively meet the needs of its future demand. But building (and maintaining!) an effective forecast requires working through mounds of data, conflicting inputs, and dynamic environments. Attendees will leave this session with sample process flows, reports, and recommendations to address these challenges and to increase effectiveness.

Molly Wilde is a resource capacity management professional consulting at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, LLC.  She specializes in the theory and application of topics such as skills inventory, demand forecasting, capacity planning, tool infrastructure, and process governance. Molly received her resource management certification (RMCP®) from the Resource Management Institute in 2015. Prior to Upsher-Smith, Molly was employed with the Medtronic Restorative Therapies Group.
