She has 21 years of Engineering, IT, and Business Operations experience. 12 years of leadership of global PMO reporting to C-Level executive. Ruth runs the portfolio budget and resource capacity vs. demand planning for global IT organization of 700+ people. She leads the global department of 20+ PMO staff and oversees the project delivery of 50 concurrent projects with annual budget of $23M. Previously, Ruth held similar PMO global leadership positions at Motorola and at Emerson Electric. In her spare time, Ruth enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 bichon dogs, and she enjoys traveling to India on community outreach projects.
